The Institute of Family Wisdom
The Credo
Wisdom is discovered, not taught.
Experience alone does not discover wisdom; reflection does.
What is not examined is unconsciously inherited.
Family is where wisdom is most often inherited — and most often unconscious.
We do not seek novelty, only clarity.
We do not extract meaning for others; we hold space for it to emerge.
What is preserved here was already lived.
What is held here is not owned, but stewarded.
What endures here must outlive those who name it.
Wisdom deserves a place to rest before it is passed on.
